Unfortunately, Ranger was not able to anticipate the huge demand for the new Distress Markers and did not initially order enough product to fill retailer orders, including mine.
I am in contact with my sales rep and will be getting more information about the status of my order. I will know more then about exactly when I can expect to be receiving my order. Right now, it looks like Ranger is expecting to get another shipment to arrive in mid-March. I will update the availability on the site when I have more specific information.
I apologize that orders will be delayed. Of course, this has a tendency to happen with new products, so it not entirely unexpected or unprecedented. I just hate it when it happens to me, and my customers have to "suffer." I realize this is not easy, particularly when you may be seeing products in your local scrapbook store, but I appreciate everyone's patience while you wait for your order. I will also be including a bonus in everyone's order when it does ship to hopefully make up for the wait!
